How many influencers do we have signed fully and what does it mean?

Currently we have a roster of five influencers signed on fully, but we have other influencers on our roster who we do outreach for, but do not handle their inbound. An influencer that is signed fully with us means that they have their own collaboration email with us that they put in their social bio’s. We handle all of their outbound and inbound collaborations while doing outreach for them weekly.
